Action from the Lancashire Combination Division One match played at Victory Park on the 7th December 1963.

Chorley at times completely outplayed their opponents in a 4-1 victory and the result would have been even more decisive with better finishing. Highlight of the match was a fine hat-trick by centre forward John Dalton, his first for the senior side.

Wroth opened the scoring for Chorley after 24 minutes, 3 minutes later Dalton got his first goal. Willett narrowed the deficit for the visitors after 45 minutes.

In the second half Dalton added his second goal after 72 minutes and completed his hat-trick with 1 minute of the match remaining.
